Mad Devs LCC Quality Management Policy

Mad Devs is an IT development and support company. Our main goal is to provide high-quality products and services that meet and exceed our clients' expectations and save them time due to our high level of automation. This policy aligns with the company’s strategic direction and development and helps it plan for changes and improve our quality management system (QMS) per the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

The tasks of our Quality Management Policy:

Finalize implementation of ISO 9001:2015, successfully complete the certification audit, and receive the certificate.

Ensure that our Outsource and Outstaff services meet the requirements of our clients and the standards.

Increase client satisfaction by presenting high-quality support and service.

Constantly improve the efficiency and productivity of our QMS.

Develop the competencies and engagement of our employees:
- by developing professional communities in the company
- by finding and implementing an LMS for improved onboarding and internal training, and as an effective knowledge base of presentations, educational videos, and other accessible and convenient resources for new and current employees.

In our work, we commit to adhering to all requirements (our own, legislative, and those of our users), allocating all necessary resources for improvements to our QMS, and regularly reviewing and updating it as needed by changes in our work and the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
